- Under dette tildelingskriteriet vil oppdragsgiver evaluere totalentreprenørens forståelse av prosjektets utfordringer og tilbudt løsning for planlegging og gjennomføring av arbeidene. Det vises til funksjonsbeskrivelsen for detaljer knyttet til prosjektet, og dets forutsetninger for gjennomføring. Besvarelsen skal ta utgangspunkt i samtlige relevante dokumenter i konkurransegrunnlaget. De tre oppgavene nedenfor skal besvares. Hver oppgave vektes likt under dette tildelingskriteriet. Dokumentasjonskrav: For oppgave 1 skal det leveres en fremdriftsplan på maksimalt tre A3-sider. For oppgave 2 og 3 skal det leveres en løsningsbeskrivelse på maksimalt 1000 ord per oppgave. Tilbyder skal levere en separat besvarelse for hver av de tre deloppgavene. Besvarelsene skal lastes opp som tre separate vedlegg, ett under hver deloppgave i Artifik. Lenker, hyperkoblinger og henvisninger til andre vedlegg i tilbudet vil ikke bli evaluert. Besvarelsen skal være konkret og prosjektspesifikk. Beskrevne løsninger og tiltak vil være forpliktende for entreprenøren ved gjennomføringen av kontrakten.
